Troy Willis: A Versatile Professional in the World of Insurance
Troy Willis stands out in the insurance industry as a dedicated CEO and Licensed Public Adjuster. Troy has consistently showcased a prowess that combines managerial acumen with hands-on industry expertise. 


Education & Professional Foundation
Troy's strong foundation in health service administration is underscored by his B.S. degree from the esteemed University of Detroit Mercy, earned in 2012. He is also on the brink of achieving his Master’s in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Strategy.


Robust Career Trajectory 
Troy's career encapsulates a variety of roles, speaking to his versatility:


On September 1, 2023, Troy Willis launched Willis, Willis & Willis Public Adjusters LLC. Merging his firm with (FTP) For The People Public Insurance Adjusting, Willis set forth to expand the firm's influence in the public insurance adjusting sector. 
His vision: is to create a national hub where public adjusters can secure assignments without the need for solicitation. With aspirations of elevating his company to unparalleled heights, Willis is committed to pioneering innovative technologies and advocating for legislative changes that promise a transformative impact on the insurance industry.


As the CFO at (FTP) Public Insurance Adjusting since 2020, he's played a pivotal role in streamlining financial strategies and advocating for policyholders.


His ventures as CEO of Insurance Claims Estimators (2021 onwards) and Claims Underground Podcast (from 2022) mark his leadership capabilities.

 

From 1989 to 1994, Troy served as a Communication Specialist with the United States Navy. Transitioning to the private sector, he co-owned Emergency Insurance Services from 1995 to 2011. Subsequently, he took on the role of Co-Owner and Executive Manager at TC Management LLC from 2009 to 2016.

 

Further expanding his expertise in the insurance industry, Troy held the position of a Multi-line Claims Adjuster at Custard Insurance Adjusters between 2016 and 2018. His tenure as an Independent Large Loss Estimator between 2018-2020 and his role at Koning & Associates during the same period underline his industry expertise.


Troy's community contributions stand out, especially as Chairman of the City of Newman Parks & Recreation Commission between 2016-2019 and his active participation in the Stanislaus County Veteran’s Advisory Commission during 2018-2019.

 

Certifications & Affiliations 

As a testament to his commitment, Troy holds multiple certifications, including but not limited to being a Certified Commercial Mold Inspector, an Expert Witness in Large Loss Estimation, and a licensed Public Insurance Adjuster in California.


His affiliations with organizations like the American Association of Public Insurance Adjusters and the California Association of Public Insurance Adjusters amplify his presence in the industry.

True to his spirit of community involvement, Troy is an active member of the NAACP and numerous Chambers of Commerce, which are Modesto, Ripon, Patterson/Wesley, East Sierra Valley, Oakhurst, Bass Lake, South Lake Tahoe, Manteca, Pleasanton, Turlock, Atwater, and Oakdale.
